In January 2020, we replaced our existing digital microscopes with KEYENCE’s latest model, the VHX7000.

The new model has the highest resolution in its class, 4K CMOS, and can capture observation images close to those of an electron microscope (SEM), enabling it to capture clear images of fine metallic structures.

A variety of measurements such as plane measurement, 3D measurement, roughness measurement, contaminant measurement, and crystal grain size measurement can be performed with one unit.
